PRODUCT INFO
These are not fresh flowers. They are handmade wood flowers. The texture is similar to a thin version of balsa wood. Because they are handmade and made from natural materials, no two are exactly alike! Brown veining, occasional small holes from a "knot" in the wood are on the flowers.
Color Guarentee •
NO COLOR GUARANTEE. Client(s) hereby acknowledges that we makes no color guarantees and expressly waives any objection to the color of flowers or flower products selected. We have creative control with all flowers, colors, and decor.
MERCHANTABILITY •
We expressly disclaim any and all representations and warranties, whether express or implied. All flowers and flower products are offered as-is, and Client(s) expressly waives any claim regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
CANCELLATION •
This Agreement may be cancelled by either party upon written notice to the other party, subject to the following conditions:
(a) CANCELLATION BY VENDOR- we reserve the right to cancel this Agreement and terminate its obligations hereunder at any time upon the breach or failure of the Client
(b) CANCELLATION BY CLIENT(S). If the Client(s) cancels this Agreement for any reason other than a breach or failure to perform any of our obligations hereunder, the Client(s) shall not be entitled to a refund of the retainer or any other payments made pursuant to this Agreement. Client(s) hereby expressly waives any right to a refund of the retainer
DELIVERY AND CHANGES •
FLORAL PICKUP / DELIVERY. After client(s) have picked up or had them delivered their florals, they waive any default and know that the products are picked up / delivered in good condition and may deteriorate after pick up, or delivery. No fault to us after pick up or delivery.
RENT YOUR WEDDING FLOWERS
RENTAL PERIOD
All rental items are rented for a period of five days, beginning three days before the scheduled event date and ending one day after the event date. The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time period specified. The customer further agrees that the rented property shall [1] not be used beyond the intended capacity; [2] not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated; [3] not be used near an open flame; [4] not be used in a negligent manner.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE ORDER POLICY
WildsFlower Creations requires a 90 days notice on cancellations in order to issue a refund of the deposit. Orders cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Changes to an existing order can be made up to 10 days prior to the event date. Within 10 days, deletions are not accepted. Order subject to ship 1-2 days prior to estimated ship date. Any additions need to be made by placing a new order. Exchanges must be at equal or greater value. No cancellations of individual items are allowed within 10 days prior to the event date.
