📜 Official Rules & Terms and Conditions: "Timeless Treasure Tributes"

Initiative Sponsor: WildsFlower Creations

1. Eligibility & Nomination Period

• Eligibility: Nominees must be legal residents of the United States. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and representatives of WildsFlower Creations are ineligible to win.

• Winner Limit: An individual nominee can only win the "Timeless Treasure Tribute" once over a twelve-month period (one calendar year) to ensure fairness and maximize the number of deserving recipients.

• Hero Definition: An "everyday hero" is defined as any individual who consistently makes a positive difference in their community, in the life of the nominator, or demonstrates exceptional character or service.

• Nomination Period: The nomination period runs from the 1st of each month to the 29th of that month at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will be considered for the following month. The inaugural deadline is December 29th.

2. How to Nominate

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO NOMINATE OR WIN.

Nominations must be submitted via one of the following methods:

• Website Form: Completing the required fields on the "Timeless Treasure Tributes" form located on the WildsFlower Creations website.

• Facebook: Tagging the nominee in the comment section of the official giveaway post AND submitting the full nomination story via Facebook Messenger to the official WildsFlower Creations page.

Incomplete submissions, or nominations submitted via any other channel, will not be considered.

3. Prize Details

• Prize: One (1) winning nominee (the "Hero") will receive one (1) free signature Wood Flower Bouquet. The prize is a single, one-time bouquet award. The initiative will select a new winner each month for a total of twelve (12) winners over the course of the year.

• Product Details: The prize will be the featured "Bouquet of the Month." Bouquets are composed of all-natural, hand-painted wood flowers, and designed by WildsFlower Creations. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the single bouquet is $45.00.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Selection Process: A panel of judges from WildsFlower Creations will review all eligible nomination stories based on the criteria of impact, inspiration, and demonstration of heroic qualities. The entry with the most touching and compelling story will be chosen as the winner.

• Announcement: The winner will be announced on the 2nd of the month following the deadline (e.g., January 2nd) on the WildsFlower Creations official Facebook page and website.

• Notification: The winning nominator will be contacted privately via the channel they used to submit the story (website contact information or Facebook Messenger) within 24 hours of the announcement. If the nominator cannot be reached or does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

• Pickup: The winning bouquet will be available for pickup on the 3rd of the month at the WildsFlower Creations store located at 508 Walnuttown Rd, Fleetwood, PA.

• Shipping: For winners who live too far away, shipping will be arranged by WildsFlower Creations at no cost to the nominee. WildsFlower Creations is not responsible for shipping delays or damage incurred during transit.

6. Publicity Release (Mandatory Condition)

By accepting the prize, the winning nominator and the nominee (Hero) grant WildsFlower Creations the right to use their submitted story, name, likeness, and photographs taken upon pickup/delivery for advertising and promotional purposes related to the "Timeless Treasure Tributes" initiative (including website, social media, and future advertisements) without further compensation or notification. This publicity release is a mandatory condition of receiving the prize.

7. General Conditions

WildsFlower Creations reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the initiative if any fraud or technical failures corrupt the integrity of the program.
